Wire and cable assemblies

Battery cables
Assigo offers custom battery cable assemblies for many applications. We are your premier contract manufacturing resource for power and high-current conductors intended for severe, rugged environments. We provide a complete range of cable sizes for  different purposes. Whether it is 4mm² or 240mm², we are your  partner.

We use automated, high-speed cutting, stripping and crimping processes whenever possible. These automated processes improve process repeatability, increasing the overall quality of our products. Of course, process control and quality assurance are applied to ensure our processes remain in control.

We offer built-to-spec products that precisely meet your needs. RoHS compliant products are available as required.

Cabinets
We offer the possibility to have your electrical cabinet, control panel or dashboard custom made. Both the cabinet as well as the wiring system inside it will be built to your specification. Next to that we will support in the development, if desired, to come to the best solution possible.

Piezo switches and key pads
Most Everswitch switches and keypads harness the piezoelectric effect. This is the property exhibited by certain crystals that generate voltage when subjected to pressure. Piezoelectric switches do not require an external source of power and have very different advantages over capacitive or membrane switches.

Everswitch piezo switches are different in several important ways to other piezo switches. They feature our “VPM” (Versatile Piezo Module) – a single mechanical structure containing all necessary switch components. Our Versatile Piezo Modules are press-fit into a solid metal housing, so that when pressed, the piezoelectric crystal material produces a corresponding change in voltage, which passes through a conductive connecting material to a circuit board mimicking a dry-contact switch closure. In addition, our unique modular approach eliminates the need for a solder connection to the delicate piezo ceramic and creates a robust 125 msec minimum switch closure, which is a significant improvement over market standards of just 20 msec. 

Electro technical components
The electro technical components include the whole range of (vehicle) electrics and electronics. These two groups are further divided into electronic components, camera systems, relays, fuses, cables, lights, switches, indicators, connectors etc. – everything a wire can be connected to. And, if required, we can also make it wireless.

Heads and caps
Another specialist product for which you can contact Assigo, are heads and caps. Products which are mainly thought of as being used in the petrochemical industry. If you look closely you will recognize that this is not where it ends! You will also find heads and caps in numerous applications like e.g.: trailer tanks, end caps for fence poles, fuel tanks , caps for fittings or even as a firebowl in your garden. You can choose all kinds of geometries in different materials directly from stock available (about 600 ton).
