Since 1977, BAZ GmbH has been the specialist for pressed heads in Germany and Europe. In our modern production plant in Hungary, Torus GmbH which boasts an area of approximately 20,000 square meters, we have been producing up to several thousand heads per day since 1985. Many of the major German and foreign vessel and equipment manufacturers are among our customers and deliver our products in sectors including environmental, water, chemical and many others.
We are an international company with experienced and competent employees; professionals who have manufactured and distributed heads for decades. We are always prepared to follow new and interesting paths and to redefine traditional boundaries. This often means rethinking and relinquishing traditional methods. We have looked for new solutions for many of our customers and found them. Whether strict tolerances, complex geometries, high strains or forming of difficult special materials, we always give your ideas a fair chance.
The aim of the BAZ & TORUS team is to ease the experience of our business partners when dealing with heads We give advice, assistance and gladly reckon even head thickness according to the ASME Code or other regulations. Our specially developed software BAZ Heads stems from this BAZ philosophy. It is a Head program with which you can calculate almost anything that has to do with head and vessel geometries.
